DICOM-compatible
mediDOK® PACS software is DICOM-compatible. DICOM is the worldwide standard for medical data. Whether CR, DR, CT, MR or U/S – with DICOM, different systems can be linked together. The exchange of data with colleagues is also no problem with the DICOM 3.0 standard. Joint use of a digital X-ray device in the form of shared equipment is also perfectly feasible thanks to the mediDOK® MultiPacs server.
With the support of the DICOM 3.0 standard and our direct contacts with the manufacturers, we are able to provide our customers with the optimum interface to current digital X-ray systems or modalities. These interfaces have been tested and approved in co-operation with the relevant companies. In this way, we enable connections to all DICOM modalities such as CR/DR (storage film system / direct radiography), CT, MR and US.
