The image source: digital X-ray
The software: mediDOK® PACS
Digital X-ray archive without interruption of the workflow
With mediDOK® PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), all data come together perfectly in an X-ray practice. Whoever wants to avoid long waiting times for his patients can with mediDOK® PACS integrate a digital X-ray system into their workflow more efficiently than ever before. With mediDOK® PACS, the patient’s data only has to be recorded once: in the practice EDP. The transfer of the patient data to the X-ray system takes place automatically. You therefore save unnecessary working procedures. No more record cards, no searching in the archive. Long waits for X-ray images and film development costs are now a thing of the past. Images can be printed out on normal paper or film. You can measure, enlarge and digitally process the images. They can even be given to the patient on a CD. mediDOK® PACS: The search is over.
The advantages
- Efficient integration into the workflow
- Patient data only needs to be recorded once

mediDOK® PACS software is the cost-effective overall solution for all practising doctors and outpatients’ departments: whether you use a storage film system, direct radiography, computer tomography or nuclear spin devices. All images and data are stored in the mediDOK® archive via the DICOM 3.0 interface. The images are then available at all stations on the network.
