mediDOK® enables the paperless archiving of written documents, faxes or outside findings. Even users who are not familiar with the technical details of a scanner achieve optimum results in a matter of seconds.
Different standard settings for different image and document types enable fast and convenient working. With a scanner, paper documents and images can be scanned in in black and white, greyscale or colour. mediDOK® supports most common scanners (e.g. HP, Plustek, Fujitsu etc.) equipped with a TWAIN interface. Even the latest devices which produce a PDF file as the scanning results can be used very easily.
Include images in letters – with the Word module
Enhance your correspondence by including the images direct in your letters. With the Word module, images can be imported direct into Microsoft Word.
Save digital faxes. mediDOK® Fax import
Import of electronic faxes received via Microsoft Fax (from Windows XP / Windows Server 2003), Tobit InfoCenter (from Version 6 or higher) or FritzFax.
Divert any printouts into mediDOK. mediDOK® Printer
Any Windows applications can print your documents, reports and results direct into the mediDOK archive with the mediDOK Printer. This saves unnecessary paperwork and also archives your data electronically and immediately.
